What is a splash screen?
A splash screen is the startup screen on portable tomtom units, its displayed for about 5-8 seconds while your tomtom is loading. It also displays when you switch off the tomtom.
The default splashscreen may looks like this
Are Splash screens suitable for my system?
Splash screens are suitable for; TomTom Go Classic, 300, 500, 700, TomTom ONE & TomTom Rider. They are Suitable for tomtom's
in
all countries.
Splash screens can also be used on the new Tom Tom Go range i.e. Go 510, 710 & 910. However the ones offered on this site are the wrong screen size, You will have to resize them before installing, see instructions
Splash screens are not suitable for tomtom Navigator or Mobile because the respective devices have a different operating system.
